Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified by you during checkout. Please note that delivery is only available to physical addresses; we are unable to ship to post boxes and private bag numbers.

All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. It is important to refrain from signing for your package if the packaging appears damaged in any way. Buzz Burrows cannot be held liable for any damages that are signed for and accepted upon delivery.

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, all luminaries are packaged with extreme care. However, as freight is handled by third parties, we strongly advise you to thoroughly inspect your Good(s) for any damage in transit prior to acceptance. By signing for your package, you are confirming possession and accepting your Good(s) as received.
