Warranty & Returns

We are a small, artisan business.  We care about our products and our customers.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please email us so that we can better understand your concerns and work towards a fair resolution. 

Our lights are handmade from a variety of natural and engineered materials, please expect small variations in size, shape, colour and appearance from the advertised products. Some products may also exhibit minor cracks and fluctuations in form due to the expansion and contraction of materials reacting to changes in humidity and temperature.  Small cracks and shape variations are a normal response to environmental conditions and are not covered by this warranty.

Orders

Please consider the following before placing your order: Once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel or alter the order.  After this period of time you will be unable to cancel or alter your order because we will have begun assembling your product.

Websale Warranty

Our websales are covered for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Products are covered for any defect in product or material malfunction. General wear and tear is excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing a part, without charge. Please note, packaging and freight charges are not included.

Returns

If you believe you need to return your product under warranty, contact us by email and provide pictures that illustrate your issue.  

To be eligible to return a product it must also be in its original packaging.  This is to ensure that there is no damage in transit.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Buzz Burrows, 36 Crosshill Road, RD2, Albert Town 9382, Wanaka, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired or exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning goods.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
